According to a new CareerBuilder survey, 37 percent of companies say they use social networking sites to research job prospects. ~ The Work BuzzYou might be thinking that 37% is not that high but what if one of the companies that you have applied for is screening via social media? Are you good to go or are they going to throw out your resume?
And they aren't just using social media to screen people out. They are using it to find out who fits their company model the best, who is well rounded, and even to find people to extend an offer to.
