Top 5 Industries Hiring in Manitoba

This is a guest post from Caroline Song at Neuvoo.ca - a site that helps you find jobs in your region.  If you like the information she has provided, feel free to check out their site!

Finding a job during or after university is no easy task. I think that anyone can relate to this.

I, too, just graduated from McGill University, and have been through the toil and moil of the post-bachelor’s job search. I started my job search back in September, and since then, I’ve realized a lot of things. But most importantly, I wish that I’d had a better initial understanding of the job market in general and what industries and companies are really hiring, so that I could’ve had more realistic expectations.

I now work with Neuvoo.ca, a Canadian job search engine, so I thought it would be a perfect opportunity to share some insight into the Manitoba job market with you. I’ve analysed our database to discover which industries and companies offer the most job opportunities in Manitoba. Neuvoo has centralised over 270,000 job postings in Canada, and over 6,000 of these are in Manitoba currently.

Here are some insights I want to share with you.
